This camping lantern is awesome. You can use it as a flashlight or open it up and it's a lantern. It has a hand crank if you don't have power or you can plug it in with a usb cord to charge it. You can also charge a cell phone with it.

  • Extra Power: the hand crank and the USB output can be used together to charge most smartphones and gadgets, giving you the extra power you need
  • Two Modes: the high brightness LED mode is perfect for finding your way in the dark, while a low mode is great while reading, as an area light, or as a tent light
  • Two Forms: the light can be used as a lantern when expanded or as a flashlight when compacted, making it a dual-purpose light
  • Charging Option: the battery can be charged by cranking or by a standard Micro USB cable, without requiring a proprietary cable common with some other brands
  • Portable Design: the light can be shrunk to half its length and conveniently stowed away in a bag, backpack, or any other carry

  • Dual Charging
What's the fun of just one choice? Besides charging from the Micro USB input, you can also charge the internal battery by cranking the conveniently located handle, or use the USB output and hand crank simultaneously to charge most smartphones and gadgets besides iPhone, iPads or other Apple devices.

    Light but Durable
The last thing you need is another gadget slowing you down. Our product weighs about 1/3 of a pound (168g) and can be collapsed to less than half of its length into a convenient to carry puck-like shape. The shape and the hard-plastic outer case act as a shell to protect the unit during transport, so you can throw it into your backpack or carry without worrying about extra weight or damage to the unit itself.
